Residents in Mango Hill, Queensland, have a new opportunity to explore local housing options after a popular information session sold out earlier this month. The Quintess Retirement Community is hosting an additional tour and information session on Wednesday, 4 March 2026, to accommodate those who missed out on the previous event.

The session is being held in partnership with Downsizing.com.au from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Organisers scheduled the extra date because the 19 February event reached full capacity weeks in advance, showing high demand for the final stage of the development.

Visitors will be able to tour display villas in the third and final stage of the project, as the first two stages are already sold out. Prices for the remaining homes start at $545,000 for two-bedroom units and $745,000 for three-bedroom villas.

The community uses an intergenerational model that combines housing for seniors with an on-site childcare centre and a residential care facility. Because spots for the tour are limited, the Quintess Retirement Community suggests that interested families register as soon as possible to secure a place.
