GOULBURN – Founding member of The Seekers, Keith Potger AO, will perform his anniversary show at the Goulburn Performing Arts Centre on 24 April 2026. This event provides residents in Goulburn, New South Wales, with an opportunity to experience a musical journey through the 60-year history of the iconic Australian group.

The production, titled “Celebrating The Seekers – 60 Years,” is a multimedia experience that features a mix of live music and rare archival footage. Keith Potger, a vocalist and multi-instrumentalist, will perform on his signature 12-string guitar and share personal anecdotes about the band’s global success and their rise to the top of the international charts.

A key highlight of the show is a personal tribute to the late Judith Durham, the legendary lead singer of The Seekers. As the person who arranged the group’s famous vocal harmonies, Potger provides a unique perspective on how they created the sound that defined a generation of music fans.

According to Goulburn Australia, the performance includes photos and film that have never been seen by the public before. This audio-visual experience is designed to be an intimate look at the group’s legacy, offering locals a chance to connect with a key figure in Australian music history right in the heart of Goulburn.

The show is part of the 2026 season at the local arts centre and focuses on preserving the group’s significant musical heritage. Potger’s performance follows his ongoing work to tell the story of the band’s journey from their start in Melbourne to their lasting impact on the global folk-pop scene.
