The Goulburn Performing Arts Centre will host The Beatles Anthology on Saturday, 9 May 2026, offering residents a live tribute to the music of the iconic British band.

The performance, which is part of an extensive national tour presented by Carter Entertainment Australia, is set to begin at 7:30 PM. The show runs for approximately two hours and 15 minutes, taking audiences through the history of the group that the Goulburn Performing Arts Centre describes as the most influential and important band in music history.

The tribute features various costume changes to reflect different eras of the band’s career, ranging from their early days of matching suits and mop-top haircuts to their later, more experimental psychedelic period. The production promises to capture the band’s signature banter and musical style, including the depiction of Paul McCartney’s left-handed playing.

Tickets for the show are currently available through the venue box office. Prices are $69 for adults, $64 for concessions, $62 for members, and $49 for children, with an additional $1.65 booking fee applied to each ticket.

The Goulburn Performing Arts Centre, located at 163 Auburn Street, was opened on 25 March 2022. The facility was developed by repurposing the city’s historic Town Hall, also known as the McDermott Centre, which was originally built in 1887. The state-of-the-art venue now features a 400-seat auditorium designed to host touring productions that may have previously bypassed the region.
