On 10 March 2026, Coffs Harbour Libraries launched three new creative technology programs to help residents in Coffs Harbour, New South Wales, learn digital skills. The new initiatives provide free access to specialised equipment and training for locals looking to develop new hobbies or preserve family history.

The new sessions include a program called Music making with Memo, which is specifically designed for students who are home schooled. Other options include Video Editing with DaVinci Resolve and a session called Share your Story: A Memory Station Experience, which helps people turn physical photos and stories into digital files.

Most of these activities are held in the Digital Studio located at the Harry Bailey Memorial Library. This facility features ten production computers, a recording booth, a podcast suite, and green screen equipment for public use.

The new programs arrive while the Woolgoolga Library is closed for a major refurbishment. That branch has been shut since 3 January 2026 and is expected to open again to the community in mid-April 2026.
