All library branches across Coffs Harbour will be closed for the upcoming ANZAC Day long weekend, from Saturday 25 April to Monday 27 April 2026. This closure includes the Harry Bailey Memorial Library in the Coffs Harbour CBD and the Toormina Library, with normal services expected to resume on Tuesday 28 April 2026.

The closure coincides with a public holiday on Monday 27 April, which was designated by the New South Wales Government because ANZAC Day falls on a Saturday this year. While the library branches will remain closed, the Yarrila Arts and Museum, located within Yarrila Place, will open from 12pm to 4pm on ANZAC Day itself. This provides a window for residents to visit following the Coffs Harbour RSL Sub-Branch Dawn Service, which begins at 5:20am.

Residents are advised that the Woolgoolga Library remains closed for ongoing refurbishments until late April 2026. While physical branches are unavailable over the long weekend, the Coffs Harbour Libraries service continues to provide access to digital collections, including eBooks and eAudiobooks, through the OverDrive platform.

For any urgent enquiries regarding library services, community members can contact the council by phone at 02 6648 4900 or by email at coffs.library@chcc.nsw.gov.au.
