The Chester Hill Hornets Junior Rugby League Club has opened player registrations for the 2026 season, welcoming boys and girls from Chester Hill, New South Wales, to join the local community club. Registrations cover all age divisions from Under 5s through to open age teams, and the club is continuing to expand girls-only divisions.

Families can sign up new and returning players via the PlayRugbyLeague portal to secure a spot for the winter. Training is due to begin in early February 2026 at the Terry Lamb Complex, located on the corner of Waldron and Miller Roads.

To help with cost-of-living pressures, a $100 district-wide registration subsidy has been announced by the Canterbury League Club for the 2026 season (reported via the Canterbury‑Bankstown Bulldogs). Eligible families can also apply for a $50 Active and Creative Kids voucher through Service NSW to further reduce out-of-pocket costs for the season.

The club, with roots in the late 1940s, provides a developmental pathway for young athletes and relies on local supporters to help run game days. For more information on training nights, trial games or volunteering, parents can visit the Chester Hill Hornets Facebook page.
