The Blacktown City Show Society is bringing the 102nd Blacktown City Show back to Blacktown, NSW, for a full weekend of family entertainment. The event will take place on 7 March and 8 March, 2026, at the Blacktown Showground.

Visitors can expect traditional show attractions including carnival rides, showbags, and live entertainment. There will also be animal exhibits, agricultural competitions, and market stalls set up across the grounds located at the corner of Richmond Road and Balmoral Road.

Local groups like the Rotary Club of Blacktown City will be helping with food and catering throughout the weekend. The show provides a boost for small businesses and vendors who benefit from the large crowds visiting the Francis Park precinct.

The show traditionally opens at 9:00 am both days, with Saturday featuring evening entertainment and fireworks typically scheduled for 8:45 pm. The event is expected to conclude at 4:00 pm on Sunday. According to the Blacktown City Show Society, this event continues a local tradition that first started in 1918.
